About Us

At EfficiencyIT, our mission is to challenge the status quo of what's achievable versus what's acceptable in data centres, IT, and critical communications environments.

We believe in the power of people, and by combining best-in-class technologies with award-winning consultancy, we deliver both exceptional value and tangible outcomes for our customers.

Why #BornEfficient?

Since EfficiencyIT was first founded in 2016, our business has held three key principles that have formed an integral foundation for servicing customers across the UK and Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.

Impeccable Service Experience

The first is that we deliver an impeccable service experience – choosing to form long-term customer relationships and delivering value throughout the entire deployment process by prioritising customers’ needs first, while ensuring the technologies they utilise are fit for purpose now, and in the future.

A Consultative Approach

Secondly, we take a consultative approach to critical applications – our team of engineering experts continues to challenge the status quo of what's acceptable versus what's achievable in customers’ critical environments by focusing on tangible outcomes over sales.

We are #BornEfficient

Thirdly, we’re #BornEfficient – and led by business efficiency, from energy and operations to critical applications and comms, and believe that efficiency remains at the heart of both ours, and our customers organisations.

Causes We Support

While still at the beginning of our growth journey, ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) is central to our business operations. To build upon our passion for efficiency and sustainability, we’ve undertaken a series of key initiatives to support both the industries we work in, and our local communities. They include:

Electrical and IT Apprenticeships

Research from Uptime Institute predicts that another 300,000 skilled workers are needed to help bridge the data centre skills gap by 2025.

To help play our part in solving the skills shortage, we continue to proactively participate in the UK Government’s Apprenticeship scheme, and work with local colleges to provide vocational employment opportunities for students - offering them on-the-job training and mentoring from our experts in the IT and electrical sectors alongside a rewarding career path.
Meet demanding timescales with prefabricated data centres, manufactured in the UK and deployable anywhere in EMEA.

True Heroes Racing

Founded in 2012, True Heroes Racing is a truly unique competitive motorcycle racing team and UK not-for-profit, using the world of Motorsport to enthuse and refocus Wounded, Injured and Sick UK Service personnel, and Veterans.

At EfficiencyIT we believe it’s paramount we recognise the valuable contributions and sacrifices that military personnel across the world make on a daily basis, so we continue to support the inspirational work of True Heroes as it provides ex-military personnel with a renewed sense of direction, improved social and technical skills, and exposure to new experiences via competitive motorsports.

Supporting Grassroots Sports

From local cricket and rugby, to boxing and football, the role of grassroots sports is something that every member of our leadership team holds close to its heart.

To continue to show our support for a host of volunteer-led, grassroots sporting initiatives, we provide coaching, funding, and sponsorships for the Dorking Rugby and Cricket Clubs, and Dorkinians F.C. - ensuring we play our part in giving back directly to our local community.
