Market-leading UCaaS, CCaaS and Connectivity expert joins EfficiencyIT
The team at EfficiencyIT is delighted to share that Courtenay Mills has joined the company as our new Head of Voice and Data. Responsible for supporting customers with CCaaS, UCaaS and connectivity services, and sharing his technical expertise, Courtenay will assist EfficiencyIT in its continued dedication for deploying best-in-class technologies while challenging the status quo of what is acceptable versus what is achievable within traditional datacentre, communications and IT infrastructures.
Throughout his career, Courtenay has enjoyed the successes of working alongside customers in some of the UK’s leading businesses. He was responsible for a £1.6M contract for in-building mobile and radio systems at The Shard, secured a £1.2M order for Telco Cisco routers for BT Global Services as part of the NHS core infrastructure delivery and successfully completed a hosted UC project for Govia Thameslink Railway’s head office.
He has worked alongside international vendors, establishing partnerships with internal teams and creating specialised hosted software applications, which demonstrate his technical expertise and twenty-seven years experience in hosted communications, which include Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) and connectivity.

Courtenay Mills is an experienced technology professional with over twenty-seven years experience in hosted communications, IP sales and digital infrastructure, specialising in on premise, network access and VPLs.
Throughout his career, Courtenay has enjoyed the successes of working alongside customers in some of the country’s leading organisations, including The Shard, Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) and BT Global Service. Courtenay has also played a crucial role in multimillion pound development projects, including mobile and radio systems throughout The Shard, and relocating GTR’s head office hosted UC across London. With a loyal and dedicated attitude, Courtenay practices the belief that there is no problem that cannot be solved, through teamwork and harnessing collaborative technical excellence.
